  • 2 pkt frzn strawberries unsweetened, thawed 2 - 15 ounce Packages
  • 1 pt lowfat lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (15 ounce.)
  •     (well liquid removed)
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar

Directions

  1. Yield: 8 - 10 servings
  2. Mash berries with a fork. Blend into lowfat sour cream. Fold in pineapple and sugar and blend in thoroughly. Spoon into a mold. Freeze 3 to 4 hrs.
