Ingredients
- 2 pkt frzn strawberries unsweetened, thawed 2 - 15 ounce Packages
- 1 pt lowfat lowfat sour cream
- 1 can crushed pineapple (15 ounce.)
- Â Â (well liquid removed)
- 1Â 1/4 c. sugar
Directions
- Yield: 8 - 10 servings
- Mash berries with a fork. Blend into lowfat sour cream. Fold in pineapple and sugar and blend in thoroughly. Spoon into a mold. Freeze 3 to 4 hrs.
