• 2 c. Cake flour, sifted
• 1 1/4 c. Sugar
• 1 Tbsp. Instant coffee
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Cream of tartar
• 1/4 tsp Baking soda
• 1/2 c. Water
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 3 lrg Large eggs
• 2 ounce Baking chocolate, unsweetened, melted
