  • Whole fresh red chili cut with the seed 500gr
  • Garlic peeled and smashed 50gr
  • Dry red chili cut 300gr
  • Corn oil 100ml
  • Tomato paste 50gr
  • Fresh tomato dice 200gr
  • Red onion 200gr
  • Sugar 50gr
  • Lime juice 80ml
  • White vinegar 80ml
  • Salt 40gr

Directions

  1. METHOD:
  2. 1 sauté no 1,2 and 3 with no 4
  3. 2 Add no5 and sauté further then add no 6,7 and 8,9,10,11
  4. 3 remove from the stove and blend
  5. 4 then return the blended mixture back to the stove for a boil and then cool down
