Ingredients

  • 3~4 cups rice
  • 2 pieces ginger
  • 5 green onions
  • Salt, white sesame proper quantity

Directions

  1. Squeeze one peace of ginger and cut the other like needles. Cut green onion small.
  2. Put hot rice, ginger juice, cut green onion, white sesame and salt in a pan. Mix them.
  3. Serve ginger rice with fresh ginger.
