Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 pkg. frzn mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 sm. bag chow mein noodles
Directions
- Brown beef. Drain. Mix ingredients, saving half of the chow mein noodles. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or possibly till vegetables are tender. Serve on top of the remaining noodles.
