Directions

  1. Dissolve bouillon in 1/2 c. water in 2 qt microwave proof bowl. Add in mixed vegetables and spices. Microwave on high for 15 min in covered bowl. Stir twice.
  2. Mix flour and 1/2 c. of lowfat milk. Shake together till smooth. Add in remaining lowfat milk and butter to vegetables mix; add in flour/lowfat milk mix. Microwave uncovered for 7 to 10 min on high.
  3. During the last 4 to 5 min add in cheese, stirring to combine.
