Directions

  1. Soak cucumbers or possibly peppers overnight in ice water. Drain.
  2. Make syrup with next 6 ingredients and bring to a boil. Add in onions, cauliflower and cucumbers. (Add in as much onion and cauliflower as you wish.) Boil about 3 min till they lose bright green color.
  3. Place 1 tsp. uniodized salt in bottom of qt jars. (Always used uniodized salt.) Fill and seal while warm.
