- 1 quart. lg. cucumbers
- 1 quart. sliced green tomatoes
- 1 quart. sm. onions
- 1 head cauliflower
- 4 minced green peppers
Directions
- Cover above with brine of 4 qts of water and 1 c. canning salt. Let stand overnight. Next day, drain. Put sauce over the mixed vegetables till all sauce is thick. Then can.
