This is a very nice recipe to serve with any main meal, especially with meat or chicken. Its very easy to make, and the taste is delicious.

Directions

  1. Place the lettuce in a bowl. Add shredded carrots, both onions, and then mushrooms.
  2. Sprinkle the walnuts and cranberries on top.
  3. Garlic mayonnaise dressing:
  4. Mix all ingredients together. Add a little water, if needed, to make a smooth consistency. Adjust seasoning to your taste. Pour over salad- as much dressing as needed.
