Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. Low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 c. Fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 tsp Ginger root, chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Chile paste with garlic
  • 1/4 c. Minced fresh cilantro
  • 8 c. Mixed salad greens

Directions

  1. Blend rice vinegar, soy sauce, water, lime juice, orange juice, grapefruit juice, ginger, garlic, chile paste and cilantro in a blender or possibly food processor till smooth.
  2. Toss desired amount of vinaigrette with mixed baby salad greens.
