Ingredients
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can liquid removed whole kernel corn
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
- 2 teaspoon pimentos; optional
Directions
- Beat egg, stir in lowfat milk. Mix together sugar, flour, salt. Add in to Large eggs and mix well. Add in corn, cheese, butter, onions, pimentos, and mix well. Pour into buttered 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
