Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 carton Cold Whip
- 1 box instant chocolate pudding
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 carton Cold Whip
- 1 shaved chocolate bar
Directions
- Combine flour and pecans and butter and pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min. Cold.
- Combine sugar, cream cheese and half carton of Cold Whip and pour over cooled crust. Combine both puddings and lowfat milk and pour over cream cheese mix. Spread with Cold Whip and top with shaved chocolate bar.
