  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans, minced
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 c. Cold Whip
  • 1 (3 3/4 ounce.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 (3 3/4 ounce.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • Hershey's chocolate bars, grated

Directions

  1. Heat butter and add in flour and pecans. Line bottom of oven proof casserole dish with mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Cold.
  2. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and mix in 1 c. Cold Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Mix chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding and lowfat milk; beat till thick. Spread over cream cheese layer. Spread 1 c. Cold Whip over pudding mix. Top with grated Hershey bars. With pudding you can use any flavor.
