Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. pecans, minced
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 c. Cold Whip
- 1 (3 3/4 ounce.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1 (3 3/4 ounce.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Hershey's chocolate bars, grated
Directions
- Heat butter and add in flour and pecans. Line bottom of oven proof casserole dish with mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Cold.
- Meanwhile, mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and mix in 1 c. Cold Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Mix chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding and lowfat milk; beat till thick. Spread over cream cheese layer. Spread 1 c. Cold Whip over pudding mix. Top with grated Hershey bars. With pudding you can use any flavor.
