Ingredients
- 1/2 c. miso soy bean paste
- 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
- 2/3 c. soy sauce
- 2/3 c. Mirin sweet rice wine
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 c. brown sugar
- Chicken wings
Directions
- Cook ingredients in saucepan for 5 min. Cut wing into 3 sections and throw out wing tip. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 min, basting every 30 min.
