Ingredients

  • 3 c. freshly-squeezed lemon juice (12 to 15 lemons)
  • 2 tsp finely-minced fresh mint
  • 1 c. raspberries mashed with fork
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 12 c. water

Directions

  1. Stir together all the ingredients till the sugar dissolves. Serve well chilled or possibly over ice. Pour into pitchers and garnish with fresh whole raspberries, sliced lemons, and mint leaves, if you like.
  2. This recipe yields 1 gallon.
  3. Yield: 1 gallon
