Directions

LINE CUPCAKE PANS WITH LINERS. PLACE A VANILLA WAFER IN BOTTOM OF EACH LINER IN SMALL BOWL BEAT CREAM CHEESE, SUGAR, Large eggs, LEMON JUICE AND VANILLA Till LIGHT AND FLUFFY. FILL THE LINERS 2/3 FULL WITH CHEESE Mix. BAKE IN PREHEATED 375 OVEN FOR 15-20 MINS ORUNTIL SET. TOP EACH WITH SPOONFUL OF FILLING. CHILL. SERVES 24
