Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- For the Caramel cheesecake filling:
- 2 (8 oz.) bars of full fat cream cheese, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. caramel extract
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 - 2 (8 oz.) packages of SNICKERS® Unwrapped Bites, cut into half
- For topping:
- Chocolate and caramel syrup for drizzling
