Ingredients

  • 1 c. all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 x egg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking pwdr, salt and sugar.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lowfat milk, melted butter and egg.
  3. Add in lowfat milk mix to flour mix, stir in your 1/2 c. of flavouring (blueberries, chocolate chips, etc.) and then stir only to moisten.
  4. Lightly grease and flour muffin tins or possibly line with paper muffin c.. Spoon batter into each c., filling 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 15-20 min.
