- Drain and dry mini hotdogs,cut 1# of bacon into thirds. Wrap each hotdog with bacon and secure with toothpick. layer into a slow cooker till all ingredients are used...Cover with the 2 C. Brown sugar..place lid on slow cooker set to High and let set till you can see the fat from the bacon start to boill.Carefully turn hotdogs so which all sides get crispy.
