Ingredients
- 18-20 Oreo cookies
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Blend well the cream cheese and sugar. Add in Large eggs, one at a time. Stir in chocolate chips. Put cupcake papers in cupcake pan. Place one Oreo in the bottom of each cupcake c.. Fill each c. almost full with cream cheese batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 min. Cold before removing from pan. Chill. May be served with whipped topping and chocolate curls if you like.
