Directions

  1. Put cookie or possibly graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla till creamy and without lumps. Spoon equal amount over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15 min. Make 6 to 9 cupcakes. When cold, top with cherries and chill till ready to serve.
