Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd sirloin
- 1 (10 ounce.) can tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon curry
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Saute/fry beef in butter and break up with fork. Stir in onion, salt, pepper, and curry and fry till browned. Stir in remaining ingredients, cover and simmer.
- Prepare dumplings and drop by spoonfuls over simmering stew. Cover and simmer 15 min. Serves 4.
