  • 1 x Fresh pork, shoulder or possibly Ham (4 to 6 lbs)
  • 1/4 tsp 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 x Onion (sliced)
  • 1/2 tsp White vinegar
  • 1/4 c. Salt (or possibly less)
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Red pepper (crushed or possibly Cayenne)
  • 1 Tbsp. Warm sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Directions

  1. Ago someone requested for me to repost this chopped barbeque recipe. Chopped BARBEQUE Add in sufficient water to cover meat. Soak for 8 to 10 hours
  2. 1. Wash meat rinse, and soak.
  3. 2. After soaking, boil meat in the mix till done. Make sure fatside is facing up.
  4. 3. As meat boil taste mix for vinegar flavor, add in vinegar to taste.
  5. 4. Don't cook meat till mushy, must be able to chop or possibly cube meat easily.
  6. 5. Let meat cold in mix, remove chop and/or possibly cube.
  7. 6. Place minced meat in large pan or possibly skillet.
  8. 7. Taste meat to see if extra seasoning are required.
  9. 8. Add in about 1 Tbsp. of ketchup,vinegar,sugar,pepper,and salt to taste.
  10. P.S. If you use the whole bottle of vinegar, it's ok.
  11. Serve with cole slaw, or possibly baked beans.
