Ingredients

  • 2 lb lean grnd beef
  • 1 lrg onion, minced extra virgin olive oil, to brown meat
  • 8 ounce canned mushrooms
  • 8 ounce canned tomato sauce
  • 1 can tomatoes, minced
  • 4 ounce canned tomato paste
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 4 x cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, diced
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp refrigeratepwdr, heaping

Directions

  1. Saute/fry meat and onions, add in celery and bell peppers. Drain excess oil, add in all remaining ingredients and simmer. Add in water as necessary. Cook 1 hour and 15 min. Before serving, add in freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
