Ingredients
- 4 ounce Chicken
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- Â Â Salt & pepper
- 3 ounce Sundried tomatoes
- 4 ounce Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 ounce Chicken stock
- 2 ounce Spinach
Directions
- 1. In saute/fry pan add in sundried tomatoes, garlic, butter, salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil.
- 2. Saute/fry for 2 min, add in chicken in water for 3 min.
- 3. Add in chicken stock and let reduce. Add in chicken during reduction.
- 4. Toss in spinach at last minute.
