Ingredients

  • 4 lg. cans evaporated lowfat milk
  • 3 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • Dash of salt

Directions

  1. Mix together the ingredients, pour into ice cream mixer, (the can which you put in the freezer), add in 2% lowfat milk to full line on ice cream can and stir. Freeze and serve. (4 qt freezer).
