  • 1 can (15 ounce) chick peas, liquid removed
  • 4 x Green onions, (white part only), cut in 1-inch lengths
  • 1 x Lemon, juice of
  • 2 x Garlic cloves

Directions

  1. With the metal blade in place, add in the tarama, chick peas, green onions, lemon juice and garlic to the beaker. Process, turning on and off rapidly, for 10 seconds. Continue processing till a smooth dip is formed, about 15 seconds.
  2. Makes about 2 1/2 c..
  3. *Tararna is fish roe from Greece and Turkey. it is available at specialty food markets.
