  • 2 (6 ounce.) cans tuna, liquid removed
  • 2 hard cooked Large eggs, minced
  • 1/2 of 10 ounce. pkg. frzn peas
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 or possibly 3 c. cooked egg noodles, liquid removed
  • Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
  • 8 slices American cheese

Directions

  1. Combine tuna, Large eggs, peas, mushroom soup, lowfat milk and noodles; turn into an 8"x8"x2" microwave safe baking dish. Top with a layer of corn flake crumbs and 2 layers of cheese. Microwave on high power for about 5 min, till heated through and cheese is melted.
