Ingredients
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
- Line a 15"x10"x1" pan with aluminum foil. Butter foil and set aside.
- Combine first four ingredients in a 2 qt glass bowl. Microwave at High 4 min; stir and microwave at High 3 to 4 min. Stir in butter and vanilla and microwave at High 1 minute. Stir in soda. Immediately pour mix onto buttered foil, spreading thinly. Let cold. Break into pcs.
