Ingredients
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 pound lean grnd beef
- 1 (16 ounce.) can refried beans
- 1 sm. can sliced black olives
- 1 sm. can jalapeno peppers or possibly milder green chilies
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
- Diced tomatoes
- Lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Lay chips on platter which fits in microwave. Brown beef in microwave by placing it in plastic container over small bowl to catch drippings. Sprinkle beef over nachos and using tsp. so you do not scatter or possibly cracker chips, drop dollops of beans on top of beef and chips. Sprinkle with olives, peppers or possibly chilies and cheese. Microwave on high 2 min or possibly till cheese melts. Add in lowfat sour cream or possibly diced tomatoes.
