Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 c. cooked macaroni
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Place butter in 1 qt glass measuring c.. Heat in oven on full power for 20 to 30 seconds or possibly till melted. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Add in lowfat milk slowly; cook in oven on cookmatic level 8 for 6 to 8 min or possibly till thickened. Stir in cheese till melted. Pour sauce onto cooked macaroni in 1 1/2 qt casserole and top with mixed bread crumbs and paprika. Heat in oven on full power for 2 to 3 min or possibly till bubbling.
