Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 3-4 tbsp. confectioners sugar
Directions
- Place butter in 2 c. glass measure or possibly small dish. Heat in microwave on high for 1 minute or possibly till melted. Blend together melted butter, flour, and 1/4 c. confectioners sugar. Spread in 8x8x2 dish. Cook in microwave on high for 2 to 2 1/2 min or possibly till slightly hard to touch.
- Beat together sugar, Large eggs, lemon juice, and flour. Pour over warm bottom layer. Bake in microwave on 7 (70% power level) for 3-4 min or possibly till center is hard. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Cold and cut in bars.
