Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 large eggs, slightly beaten
Directions
- Heat lowfat milk on full power, 3-4 min. Stir sugar and salt into large eggs. Stir hot lowfat milk and vanilla into egg mix. Pour into 4-6 small custard cups or possibly dessert dishes. Arrange in a circle in microwave. Cook for 12 min at level 4 till set but quivery. If too liquid cook 2-4 min more on level 6. Cool and refrigerate if you like. May be topped with fruit, nuts or possibly any desired sauce or possibly whipped cream.
