Ingredients
- 6 med. potatoes
- 4 slices Velveeta cheese or possibly American cheese
- 4 strips bacon, cut in halves
- Garlic salt
Directions
- Bake potatoes in microwave about 6 min on high. Bake bacon in microwave 2 1/2 to 3 min on high till both bacon and potatoes are 2/3 done.
- Slice potatoes in strips; arrange in a microwave-safe casserole dish, 6 x 9 inches. Sprinkle garlic salt; top with cheese and bacon. Heat on high 2-3 min. Serves 4.
