Directions

  1. Grease pan provided with mix with solid shortening. In medium bowl put together all cake ingredients. Beat with spoon 75 strokes or possibly till smooth. Pour into pan. Microwave 6 1/2 min on High. Cake is done when it pulls away from the sides. If not done, bake more at 30 second intervals. Watch carefully, immediately invert on serving plate.
  2. In small bowl mix glaze ingredients, microwave 45-60 seconds on High. Stir till smooth. Spread on top and sides of cake. Serves 6-8.
