Ingredients

3 Large eggs
1 c. lowfat milk
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. vanilla

2 c. flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp. baking pwdr
2 teaspoon sugar

Directions

Beat Large eggs till thick. Beat in lowfat milk and butter. Sift remaining ingredients together and then add in to liquid mix. Follow directions according to your waffle maker - these are the best waffles ever!!!
