Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix the egg, butter, sugar, cinnamon, lowfat milk and lemon juice. Beat until creamy with an egg beater.
  3. Sift the flour and baking powder together into another bowl.
  4. Add this to the egg mix. Mix well with a spoon.
  5. Drop the dough by the teaspoonful onto 2 ungreased cookie sheets.
  6. Leave at least 1 inch space between the cookies.
  7. Bake for 8 to 10 min until golden.
  8. Immediately remove the cookies from the pan to cool.
  9. Makes about 36 cookies.
