- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda dissolved in sm. amount of warm water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pound minced dates
- 1 1/2 c. English walnuts, minced
- 1 c. grapes, seeded and cut up
- 3 c. flour
Directions
- Cream butter, brown sugar, Large eggs, and baking soda together and add in rest of ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for about 12 min.
