  • Chicken parts (I use thighs, legs and breasts
  • 1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice
  • 1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Sprinkle rice on bottom a well greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle seasonings found in rice and onion soup over the dry rice. Arrange the chicken pcs on top and spoon the mushroom soup over them. Add in 2 cans of water and bake, uncovered, for 2 hrs at 350 degrees.
