Ingredients
- 1 minced onion
- 2 c. minced celery
- Canola oil
- 2 loaves white sliced bread
- 6 lg. potatoes, boiled
- Boiled giblets
- Sage to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 egg whites
- 2 whole Large eggs
- 1 pound melted butter
Directions
- Saute/fry onion and celery in frying pan with oil. Toast both loaves of bread in oven a few min, break slices in small pcs. Mash potatoes and add in above ingredients to large bowl include boiled giblets, cut into small pcs. Combine all ingredients, add in Large eggs and mix in uncooked turkey. Cook the usual cooking time. Makes 10-12 servings.
