  • 1/2 pound butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. pecans, minced
  • Confectioners' sugar

Directions

  1. Cream butter. Add in vanilla and sugar. Cream till fluffy. Add in flour and pecans; mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 18-20 min till lightly browned. Remove from cookie sheet and roll in sugar while hot. Makes about 4 1/2 dozen.
