Ingredients
- 1/2 pound butter, room temperature
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. pecans, minced
- Confectioners' sugar
Directions
- Cream butter. Add in vanilla and sugar. Cream till fluffy. Add in flour and pecans; mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 18-20 min till lightly browned. Remove from cookie sheet and roll in sugar while hot. Makes about 4 1/2 dozen.
