Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. flour, sifted
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Cream butter. Add in sugar and vanilla. Stir into butter mix the flour, salt and nuts. Make into small balls. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 35 min. Roll in powdered sugar.
