  • 10 ounce Pkg frzn whole kernel Corn
  • 1/4 c. Minced sweet Red Pepper
  • 1/4 c. Cream Cheese (reduced cal.)
  • 1 Tbsp. Skim Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Minced Green Pepper
  • 1/4 c. Minced Celery
  • 1/4 c. Diced green Chili Peppers

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan combine corn, green pepper, red pepper, celery, and 1/2 c. water. Cook about 5 min or possibly until corn is tender. Drain.
  2. Stir in cream cheese, chili peppers, lowfat milk, 1/4 tsp. salt, and dash pepper. Heat through.
