Ingredients
- 6 piece Chicken
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 c. Minced Onion
- 1/2 c. Green Pepper
- 1 can Kernel Corn, 12 Ounce
- 1 can Red Kidney Beans, 14 Ounce
- 1 x Pouch Lipton Chicken Rice Soup
- 1 can Tomato Sauce, 7 1/2 Ounce
- 1/2 c. Water
- 2 tsp Chili Pwdr, Up To 3 Tsp
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
Directions
- In a medium skillet, over medium-high heat, brown chicken in warm oil.
- Remove and arrange in a greased oblong casserole or possibly baking pan. Saute/fry onion in skillet till tender, but now brown. Add in green pepper, corn, kidney beans, soup mix, tomato sauce, water and seasonings. Pour vegetable mix over chicken pcs. Bake, uncovered, at 350 F 40-50 min.
