  • 1 large can V-8 juice or Clamato (spicy if you like)
  • 2 avocados, minced
  • 2 cucumbers, seeded and minced
  • 1 medium red onion, minced
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, minced
  • 1 jalapeno, minced

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large non-reactive container.
  2. Let sit for a few hours in refrigerator, or overnight.
  3. Serve with limes and Tabasco sauce.
