Ingredients

  • 400 gm Walls Pork Sausages, (1 pack)
  • 6 x Taco shells
  • 1/2 x Iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 x Red pepper, seeded and cut into strips
  • 1 jar pre-made Mexican relish or possibly enchilada sauce Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Grill sausages for approximately 10-12 min, turning occasionally.
  2. Hot tacos shells and Mexican relish/sauce in accordance with pack instructions.
  3. Place a layer of lettuce and pepper in the bottom of the shell. Add in the sausage whole, spoon over a little relish/sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Serve with extra salad and lowfat sour cream.
  5. Cooks Tips Mango chutney gives this dish a sweet flavour. However use any chutney of your choice if you prefer.
