Ingredients
- 1 lb grnd beef, brown & drain
- 8 ounce Cheddar cheese, grated
- 15 ounce canned kidney beans, liquid removed
- 2 x avocados, peeled, pitted &
- Â Â diced
- 2 x fresh ripe tomatoes, coarsely minced
- 1 med onion, peel & chop
- 8 ounce taco sauce
- 3/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
- 1/2 head Romaine or possibly Iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 5Â 1/2 ounce Taco-flavored tortilla chips, crushed
Directions
- In a serving bowl, combine all ingredients, except the lettuce and tortilla chips. Chill. Add in lettuce and crushed tortilla chips and toss.
