Mexican Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lg. head lettuce
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 sm. onion, minced fine
  • 1 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can Ranch style beans, mash, drain & chill
  • 3/4 bottle Catalina dressing
  • 1 sm. bag corn Fritos, crushed
  • 1/2 pound hamburger, cooked & liquid removed

Directions

  1. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese and beans. Add in dressing about 30 min before serving. Add in crushed Fritos and mix just before serving. Note: If you cannot find Ranch style beans, use red kidney beans.
