Directions

  1. Peel, pit and mash avocados. Add in lemon juice, garlic salt and Tabasco. Cover and chill. Combine lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix. Cover and chill.
  2. To assemble dip: On a large round platter or possibly serving dish spread beans in an even layer, leaving 1-inch space all around the edge. Top with avocado mix, leaving bean layer exposed all around.
  3. Top with lowfat sour cream mix, leaving avocado mix exposed all around. Sprinkle with green onions, tomatoes, ripe olives, and cheddar cheese. Serve as a dip with corn chips or possibly tortilla chips or possibly serve onto plates in pie shaped wedges.
