Ingredients
- pound hamburger
- 1 T minced onion
- 2 pkg. taco seasoning
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 (4 ounce) cans green chilies
- 1 pkg. nacho cheese tortilla chips
- 8 ounce pkg. sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
- Brown hamburger and onions. Drain. Add in seasoning and tomato sauce. Bring to boil and cook 5 min stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Put together lowfat sour cream and chilies. Layer in lightly buttered 13 inch baking dish; crushed tortilla chips, meat mix, lowfat sour cream, and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.
